Terms Acceptance

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the baba8 platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel provided by baba8 — you confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions apply together with the baba8 Privacy Policy and any specific game rules relating to the products or services you use. In the event of any conflict between those documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated in writing by baba8.

Membership Eligibility

• You are not subject to any legal or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from using an online gaming platform.
• You have never been removed or banned from any gaming platform for fraud or policy violations.
• You register and play of your own free will, without coercion or pressure from any party.
• The information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and up to date.

Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at baba8. Multiple account ownership by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without refund of any outstanding balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, phone number, active email address, and any other requested details. baba8 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including requesting copies of your identification card, bank statement, or other supporting documents.

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Never share your login credentials with anyone. baba8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the misuse of account credentials that you have voluntarily or inadvertently shared.

Deposits & Payments

Baba8 accepts deposits via a variety of legitimate payment methods including bank transfers via FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and major local banks in Malaysia. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and credited to your account automatically upon confirmation.

Withdrawal

Baba8 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals within 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on the selected method. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the member's baba8 registration details.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• There is no limit on the number of daily withdrawals; however, the daily total limit may vary according to the member's VIP level.
• All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may experience processing delays.
• The first withdrawal from a new payment method may require additional processing time for security purposes.
• If there is any active bonus with unfulfilled wagering requirements, your withdrawal may be held until those requirements are met or the bonus is cancelled.

• Attempting to phish personal information from other members through the platform.

Baba8 reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual proven to be involved in illegal or criminal activity through our platform, including reporting to the relevant authorities.

Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your baba8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to your original payment method, subject to settlement of any active wagers and compliance with applicable bonus terms.

Baba8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• There is evidence of a breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registration information found to be false or inaccurate.
• Account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering.

• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login.

Limitation of Liability
